Shipping methods
– All our products are shipped from The Netherlands, via PostNL.
– We handle packaging with great care to ensure items arrive in perfect condition. Stickers are placed in a set of two envelopes for extra protection.

Order processing
– Orders are processed as soon as possible. Keep in mind that we are a small, one-person business so processing time can vary.
– Orders placed on Fridays before noon are processed starting the following Monday.

International deliveries
– All our products are available for worldwide purchase.
– International buyers are responsible for any customs duties and applicable taxes.
– Please keep in mind that we can’t be held responsible for delivery delays.

If your product arrives damaged
– We recommend checking the condition of your product upon arrival.
– If damaged during transit, you have 14 days to notify us via email (orders@lenarobin.com) with photos.
– We will replace the product at our expense, including delivery costs, under the legal guarantee of conformity.

Cancellation period
– European buyers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the product, without needing to provide reasons.
– If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Return Process
1. Inform Léna Robin by email at orders@lenarobin.com.
2. Return the product in good condition and in its original packaging.
3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
4. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
5. Return costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Non-Conforming Products
– If the product received does not conform to the product’s characteristics at the time of the order due to our error, you can request a refund or replacement.
– The buyer has 14 days from receipt to return the product.
– We will refund all paid sums, including delivery and return costs, upon receipt or proof of return shipment.

Refund Process
– Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original purchase or an alternate method previously established.
